Uuno is a Helsinki-based pizzeria for the whole family. Its biggest thing is an authentic Italian and stomach-friendly pizza base made with a special pressing technique. That’s why Uuno calls its pizzas as a hybrid between pizza and Italian “pinsa”: Pinza!
